Terrible employment and rip off company

I currently just got fired from town and country foods from the district manager BOB E. Lying to the owner Simon moore about me because he had a thing for me. I worked at T& C foods for almost 6 months never got written up once. Bob was always hitting on every girl there in the company always asking if they were married and if they wanted to go out for drinks. MY manager had been out of the office for the night and had left me in charge Bob decided he was going to try and find a way to get my number "just in case he needed something and couldnt get a hold of my manager." Because I didnt respond in a way of hitting on him he tried to find ways of getting me in trouble. Bob told my manager that the vice president kirby patterson had said fire me which happened to not be true at all. I was then fired I went to Simon the owner of the company to tell him what had been going on and I felt I was fired due to sexual harrassment which was exactly what it was and tried getting my job back and trying to prove I was unfairly let go. He wouldnt give me my job back and kept Bob with the company and only gave him a week suspension. WHat kind of company does that? Keeps someone who is sexually harassing other employees and lets the employee go? Simon was always threatening my manager that if he didnt get more appts he would have to go to different measures to make it happen. When someones not interested we are suppose to stay on the phone and get them interested so then they can get ripped off by the company with a 4 year contract and a 20% interest rate. NOT WORTH IT! Food is ok but not fantastic. In my opinion everyone should steer clear of the company not to mention BOB is still with the company and going into peoples houses trying to sell our program. Watch out Ladies.
